Laid back atmosphere that supports our police and military . Friendly and fast service. Generous portions, good smoked meats, and creative presentation. Glad we made this random pick on our trip. (Photo is of the chicken parfait, dumped on the plate.)

Quaint, family setting. All smoked meats are pulled... different, but good different. My grand babes loved this place! One has sensitive hearing, she's never had an episode or meltdown. Female Pitmaster... awesome!!

The smell when you enter this place was amazing! The lady that helped us was super nice and gave us some samples as well. The food portions were not only huge, but it tasted great! I would definitely come back.

We told one of the owners that we were new here and she gave us a sampler. Service was fast and the food didn’t disappoint, as expected. My personal favorite were the ribs and my fiancee got the Mac n cheese with half brisket and half pulled pork. It was so good and we left with lots of leftovers. Will be coming back here again

What a neat place! We arrived around 8pm, which is obviously pretty late for dinner, so we literally had the place to ourselves. As soon as we walked in, the waitress, who was working behind the bar, asked us if this was our first time. When we told her yes, she immediately prepared a small charcuterie board (if you will) of samples of their meat so that we can figure out what we wanted. She also explained the menu which was very helpful. The serving sizes are super huge so whatever you get you’re gonna get a lot of food! Hopefully you’re not like us and staying in a hotel and had no way to take the food home with you because we had lots of leftovers. My wife ordered the chicken tater combo which had chunks of potatoes rather than a baked potato, but it was still great. She enjoyed the baked beans and the coleslaw that was on it as well. I opted for the meat and Mac & chose pulled pork. They drizzle just a tiny bit of the house barbecue sauce on there and the mac & cheese itself was freaking phenomenal. The whole vibe and the interior of the dining room was super cool - lots of military memorabilia and decorations. It was a neat place and I’d gladly go back.

We sat outside with our dog Hubby had the MacBowl, my son had the brisket taco and I had the pulled pork sandwich and Mac and cheese!!! Perfectly smoked and bbq and the sauces were amazing! Great little local jive joint! We would Come back again!!!

Was kinda concerned with an empty lot and restaurant but quickly realized that we were in for a 5 star experience!!!! We got to try the brisket, chicken, and pork before ordering! This convinced my husband to have the chicken, which he never chooses! I had the ribs and he had the smoked chicken sandwich. Our girls enjoyed the Mac and cheese with their choice of meat. Everything we had was phenomenal!!! And the portions were huge!!! You won't leave hungry! And the honor our vets with a discount! Outstanding business!!!!

Found this on our way back from FL to MI. Fabulous delicious food!!!! The best smoked & bbq brisket, smoked pork and smoked chicken I’ve ever experienced!!! They serve generous portions and they give out samples before you order. The service is very friendly! They aim to please. The decor gives you a respectful appreciation for our military. Definitely a place to stop just stop off I-75. Thank you to the owner and crew! We will definitely be back in our travels.
